(1) This standard module is designed with a rated charge and discharge power of 50 kW and a rated capacity of 200 kWh. The system is arranged and installed in a prefabricated cabin form to form a 50 kW/200 kWh all-vanadium flow battery energy storage system. This technical document stipulates the supply, technical, and acceptance-related requirements for the all-vanadium flow battery energy storage system, aiming to ensure system safety, reliability, and performance compliance. It is applicable to the entire process of this energy storage system project and serves as a reference for both suppliers and users.(2) The 50 kW/200 kWh all-vanadium flow battery energy storage system consists of an all-vanadium flow battery stack, cooling system, PCS (power conversion system), battery management system (BMS), vanadium electrolyte storage tank, and electrolyte integrated into a prefabricated cabin. These components are connected via a transmission system, and the entire set of equipment and components is guaranteed to be mature, complete, safe, and reliable.
