Our VRFB adopts non-toxic water-based electrolyte with zero flammable components. The stack ensures no internal or external leakage, eliminating fire/explosion risks completely—ideal for high-standard industrial and grid energy storage stations.
Stack designed cycle life ≥20,000 cycles, 3–4 times longer than lithium batteries. Capacity fade is reversible, maintaining stable performance for decades with no mid-life replacement, greatly reducing long-term operation costs.
Standard 500kW/2MWh module, composed of 4 stacks in series. Multiple units can be paralleled to rapidly build 5MW/20MWh and larger grid-scale storage systems, matching project capacity demands flexibly.
Single stack energy efficiency ≥80%, system AC-side efficiency ≥70%. Supports 1.1× rated power overload for ≥10 minutes, ensuring stable high-power output for renewable energy stations and industrial loads.
